Domains are typically non-refundable.

But if a hosting plan includes a free domain, it means that the domain registration cost is covered by the hosting price.

However, if you cancel the hosting plan, the domain cost will be deducted from any refund you receive for the unused period of the hosting subscription.

Shared Hosting

If we are unable to fix your problem within 24 to 48 hours, you will get a refund of your Shared Hosting plans.

But you will get a refund for the hosting plan only for the unused period.

Cloud Hosting

If we are unable to fix your problem within 24 to 48 hours, you will get a refund of your cloud hosting plans.

But you will get a refund for the hosting plan only for the unused period.

Service Cancellation

If we or our system administrators cancel a service and our internal policy allows for a refund, you will get an automatic refund without any request.

Sometimes the refund process takes 3–5 days to complete.
